Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the FCSpot mobile app (the "App"), operated by Jesus Punlay ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use FCSpot. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Your account

You sign in with your Google or Apple account. You're responsible for keeping that account secure and for all activity under it. Let us know right away if you think your account has been compromised.

3. What FCSpot does

FCSpot lets you create and join soccer clubs and teams, schedule events, track attendance and scores, invite players, and chat with your club or team. Free clubs can have up to 20 players and show ads. Some features, including teams, guest players, event lineups, clubs with more than 20 players and an ad-free experience, require an active Pro subscription.

4. Subscriptions and billing

FCSpot Pro is an auto-renewing subscription billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, whichever store you downloaded the App from.

• Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
• Your subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the price you agreed to.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings. We can't process cancellations directly.
• If you cancel Pro, Pro-only features such as teams become inaccessible and you can't add players beyond the free limit, but your existing data isn't deleted.

5. User content and conduct

You're responsible for the content you post, such as profile information, messages and event details. You agree not to use FCSpot to:

• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or affiliation
• Harass, abuse or harm another user
• Upload unlawful, infringing or inappropriate content
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or its infrastructure

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Intellectual property

FCSpot, including the App, the Site, their software, design, text, graphics and the FCSpot name and logo, is owned by Jesus Punlay and protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. We give you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or lease any part of FCSpot, or decompile, reverse-engineer or attempt to extract its source code, except where the law expressly allows it.

You keep ownership of the content you post. By posting it, you give us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display and share it as needed to run FCSpot, for example showing your messages to your club. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies other users have already received.

7. Club and team data

When you join a club or team, information you've chosen to share (such as your name, position and, if enabled, contact details) becomes visible to that club or team's admins and, where applicable, other members. Club admins are responsible for using that information only for the App's intended purpose.

8. Termination

You can stop using the App and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or end your access if you violate these Terms.

9. Disclaimers

FCSpot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free or always available.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jesus Punlay will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continuing to use the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
